1. About the website

The website gives general information about Vantage Events’s event planning services and lets you send us an enquiry. It is not an offer to provide services. Any event we plan for you is governed by a separate written quote and agreement.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a booking or a contract. Any estimate we give in our first reply is a guide only; prices, availability and what’s included are confirmed in a written quote.

3. Images and content

Some images on the website are licensed stock photography used for inspiration and are not photographs of events produced by Vantage Events. The website’s text, logo and design belong to Vantage Events or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the website or its enquiry form to send spam, unlawful or harmful content, or to try to interfere with the website’s security or operation.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to social media and other sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Accuracy and liability

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
